Job summary

Caterpillar is hiring for a mid‑level manufacturing role on the hex bucket line at the Work Tools facility in Waco, TX. You will operate CNC cutting machines, weld components, and work across multiple cells to meet print tolerances.

You will handle material movement, perform quality checks, and collaborate with teammates to keep production flowing. Applicants should have a 1‑year technical certificate and related experience.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or tech school plus 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read manufacturing prints and follow instructions accurately.
• Proficient with overhead lifting devices and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload and move materials, inspect and track inventory.
• Operate CNC cutting machines and adjust settings for quality parts.
• Set up and weld units, inspect welds and ensure tolerances.
