Job summary

Stoughton Trailers is seeking personnel to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment in a structured production setting. The role involves using hand tools and measuring devices, navigating HMI controls on robotic systems, and coordinating with technicians and engineers to resolve issues.

The position requires strong communication, basic computer knowledge, and a safety-first mindset. You will participate in training new staff, maintain equipment, and support adherence to the production

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma.
• Experience with hand tools and measuring devices.
• HMI operation/navigation skills desirable.
• Knowledge of production software.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving related to fixtures/clamps.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong machine systems knowledge and diagnostics.
• Read and understand maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks safely and efficiently according to policy.
• Follow company procedures and communicate issues to technicians/engineers.
• Operate robotic system HMIs and troubleshoot part fit issues.
• Communicate status with line leads and supervisors.
• Train new employees and support maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist in production scheduling.
