Position Details

Principal Activities

• Under minimum supervision, may perform mechanical assembly which is typically highly complex and requires fitting, aligning or adjusting of components and/or assemblies to close tolerance.
• Work may require knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, fluids, and/or electronic principles with some soldering expertise.
• Will perform testing, troubleshooting, tear down analysis and rework operations.
• May also be trained/proficient in Clean Room techniques.
• The person in this role must be able to ensure products are assembled with zero defects in accordance with customer requirements.
• Customer instructions must be followed unless approval is given to override customer specification due to special circumstances.
• The qualified candidate will be responsible for communicating and relating information to leads, management, and other employees within the organization.

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 1 year(s) experience in practical applications
• Experience with high pressure pneumatics, up to 20,000 psi is desired
