OTSI(Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Technician 1. The role focuses on operating equipment to ensure high-quality output and adherence to safety procedures within a Fab environment.

You will log machine data, follow process instructions, and support continuous improvement by reporting hazards and participating in 6S and training activities. A positive, growth-oriented attitude is encouraged to join the team.

MAJORRESPONSIBILITES:

• We are looking for Production Operators who will be responsible foroperating equipment and ensuring quality output. You will need to takeinitiatives in maintaining overall production efficiencies of assignedworkstations, logging the machines when necessary and communicating to theappropriate personnel. Your responsibilities include supporting a safe workenvironment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identifiedhazards. We encourage applicants with a positive and growth attitude to joinour dynamic team! Performs current Production Operator responsibilities andduties within a Fab organization as well as outlined technical tasks.

QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE

• Complete certification requirements by demonstrating understanding andabilities. Receive and understand pass down, providing clear, accurate, anddetailed pass down. Seek and provide feedback to leadership, coworker, andsupport groups to make positive changes in performance. Offer suggestionstowards improvements when appropriate. Always seek clarification when in doubt.Identify and promptly report hazards. Follow safety protocols. Use accuratelifting techniques and work in an ergonomically manner
• Complete Certification and Recertification. 0-3 years of experience.This is a night a day position, however, it might turn into night shift

Preferred :

• Technical tasks will vary from area to area and may include monitoringand responding to SPC charts, responding to failed tool equals, processingengineering targets, SWRs and other tests, monitoring and collecting data,dispositioning lots, troubleshooting tool errors and recovery and other similarresponsibilities. Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs andapplications to perform daily duties. Run equipment based on current processspecifications (e.g. procedures, change notifications, etc.). Organize ownworkstations and ensuring 6S. Make suggestions to improve quality and safety.Participate actively in assigned on-the-job and other required training, askingquestions to increase knowledge and abilities
