Job summary

Torani is seeking a motivated manufacturing teammate in San Leandro to learn bottling, capping, labeling, packing and palletizing on a fast-paced line. You will contribute to a safety-first culture and grow with a team that values ownership and clear communication.

This role requires 2nd shift availability (1:00 PM–9:30 PM), a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Competitive pay and a robust benefits package support your success.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and/or technical roles preferred.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience with food safety practices.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Available for Monday–Friday, 2nd shift 1:00 PM–9:30 PM.
• Eligible for $1.00 shift differential.
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling, capping, labeling, packing lines and palletizing.
• Support safe operation of industrial machinery with accuracy.
• Learn and follow Torani's manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report issues promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Manufacturing and/or technical experience (preferred but not required)
• At least 2 years work experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Eligible to work in US without sponsorship
• Experience with food safety practices

• Ability to work M-F, 2nd Shift: 1:00PM - 9:30PM
• Eligible for $1.00 shift differential
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends as needed

Work Location:

San Leandro, 5 days on site at Toraniland: Flavor Factory.

Payrate:

$23.50/ Hour
