Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing, part of Clayton, is seeking Home Building Team Members to perform manufacturing production operations across departments. The role requires safe work habits, teamwork, and adherence to quality standards to meet productivity goals.

You will assist in planning activities, communicate shortages, and maintain a clean, organized work area while complying with OSHA regulations. Full-time with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to quality standards and productivity goals.
• Serve as a good steward of company assets, reporting maintenance needs and keeping areas clean.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities and communicate shortages or issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
