Qualifications

• Six months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read setup sheets and install tooling per sheet.
• Ability to perform non-conformance containment.
• Regular predictable attendance and the ability to work overtime and Saturdays.
• Knowledge of Kanban systems.

Responsibilities

• Install tooling correctly per Procedure Book.
• Perform Pokayoke checks and verify effectiveness.
• Submit and follow up maintenance work orders.
• Support process troubleshooting during machine issues.
• Read setup sheets and install tooling accordingly.
• Ensure Kanban system is followed and move Kanban materials.
• Assist with safety/quality audits and 4S+ projects.
