Compensation and Benefits

• Base rate: $19.60/h ($17.10 + $2.50 night shift differential).
• Additional $0.30/hour raise after completing the Foundations for Contribution onboarding program.
• Night Shift Hours: Mon‑Thu 2:20pm – 11:50pm; Fri 2:20pm – 6:20pm.
