Team Members in this type of cell work in a positive environment full of people who are inquisitive and focused on continuous improvement. Team Members work daily to meet efficiency, delivery, and quality goals. Team Members often stand the majority of the day performing various job skills and will be flexible in learning new skills. This type of work involves a fair amount of dexterity and hand-eye coordination, as well as hand strength. Team members will also have a collaborative, no-fail and no excuses attitude.**\*Compensation:** $17.10/hr plus $0.30 cent increase after 3 months.
