Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is hiring a Manufacturing Team Member I for the 1st shift (5am–3pm, Mon–Thu). The primary role is to build and inspect assemblies following MPI/QWI, with supervision and strict adherence to GDP documentation.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to read blueprints. Training, safety, and a strong quality focus are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction.
• Must learn to recognize obvious defects in workmanship.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer’s Values, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
• Works under close supervision, follows Standard Work where applicable.
• Assembles parts per print using manual and automatic machines.
• Inspects parts/assemblies for conformance to specifications.
• Completes Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per GDP.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participates in team activities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Expands skill base through training and classroom instruction.
• Maintains safe, clean working environment and complies with procedures.
