Rotex Manufacturing Team Members

Rotex is seeking Manufacturing Team Members to join our team on first and second shifts in the northside of Cincinnati, OH.

Shift Details: First shift hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with frequent mandatory overtime extending those hours from 5:00am-3:30pm, including most Saturdays.

  • Stock Attendant
  • Crater
  • Storekeeper
  • Mineral Screens Assembly

Our manufacturing facility specializes in custom-building industrial separation equipment for various industries worldwide. Responsibilities include working with hand and power tools, building metal screening structures, creating custom wooden crating, and assembling equipment at different stages.

Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience with hand and power tools or in an industrial setting.
  • Adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing.
  • Forklift/PIV experience.
  • Basic computer skills.

Employment Conditions:

Employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screening. Candidates must provide proof of education. Specific job placement will be discussed during interviews, with final role assignment communicated before orientation.

Safety Requirements: All associates must wear PPE including steel toe shoes, full-length pants, and safety glasses.

Physical Demands:

The role requires sitting, standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, hearing, occasional crouching, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Vision requirements include seeing near and far distances. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
