Join to apply for the Manufacturing Team Member- First Shift role at The Rotex Group

Rotex is looking for Manufacturing Team Members to join our team on first and second shifts in the northside of Cincinnati, OH.

Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with frequent mandatory overtime extending from 5:00am-3:30pm, plus most Saturdays.

• STOCK ATTENDANT
• CRATER
• STOREKEEPER
• MINERAL SCREENS ASSEMBLY

Our manufacturing facility custom builds industrial separation equipment for various industries globally. Responsibilities may include working with hand and power tools, building metal screening structures, creating custom wooden crating, and assembling equipment at various stages.

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with hand/power tools or in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience.
• Forklift/PIV certification.
• Basic desktop computer skills.

Job Offer Conditions: Employment contingent upon background check and drug screen. Proof of education required. Role specifics discussed during interviews, with final role assignment communicated before orientation.

All associates must wear PPE including steel toe shoes, full-length pants, and safety glasses.

Physical Demands: Regular sitting, standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, and hearing. Occasionally crouching and lifting up to 25 lbs. Visual acuity for near and far distances required. Reasonable accommodations available.
