Job summary

Allegion Canada Inc. is seeking a Frontline Leader to guide a production team on-site, ensuring safe, efficient operations across manufacturing, processing, and packing tasks. You will lead with knowledge and experience to drive performance while maintaining a collaborative culture.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, with a strong focus on supporting and developing team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in the process area in which group leader position exists.
• Prior experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• As a production team leader, you will be on-site offering leadership skills and knowledge to team members – for activities such as manufacturing, processing, operating, packing or unloading.
• Instruct your teams on the proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures should they be necessary at any point during the production process.
• Hold responsibility for meeting quality assurance standards as set by industry programs, such as ISO and Six Sigma.
• Be accountable for maintaining regular communication with interrelated departments, such as distribution and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently.
• Encourage team effort, positive attitude and support between teammates.
