Job summary

G&T Industries in Woodbury, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader for first shift to drive daily production line operations with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

You will assign work, manage line setup, and train team members while supporting lean initiatives and conducting performance reviews to build a strong, ownership-driven culture.

What You Will Do:

As aManufacturing Team Leader, you will take ownership of the daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Your responsibilities will include assigning work to meet daily schedules, managing line setup, training team members, supporting lean initiatives, and conducting performance reviews. As a leader and owner, you’ll help build a positive, inclusive culture while driving the team to meet production goals and share in the company’s success.
