BorgWarner Arden Campus is seeking a qualified Team Leader to organize and supervise the production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. You will coordinate daily schedules, perform setups, and guide the team through continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with leadership experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, develop and supervise the manufacturing function to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and people goals.
• Communicate and meet daily production schedules with the scheduling group.
• Perform setups/changeovers and quality checks on assemblies.
• Maintain 5S standards and provide ongoing operator training.
• Identify staffing needs, tooling, shortages and report through the proper channels.
