Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of related experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety regulations.
• Determine daily department requirements using planning inputs to meet daily goals.
• Provide training as needed to meet department needs.
• Identify daily work tasks for team members using work orders.
• Accountable for daily/weekly metrics related to cost, schedule, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality Control, and HR as needed.
• Supervise assemblers, machinists, and shipping personnel and conduct performance reviews.
