Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of quality inspection, production, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• English literacy to follow instructions and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee production tables, ensuring proper processes, tools, and materials are in place.
• Train associates on work instructions, processes, and quality standards; document training as required.
• Monitor production and rework activities to ensure work is performed according to established procedures.
• Ensure production and quality targets are met and maintained throughout the shift.
• Perform quality audits and verify accuracy of production data.
• Identify, address, and elevate quality or process issues to leadership as needed.
