Job summary

Original Composites and Fiberglass is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a tooling fabrication team for the fiberglass industry. You will foster a safe work environment, ensure product quality, and drive efficient operations that meet customer needs.

You will establish SOPs, develop training plans, schedule work to align with production priorities, and provide timely feedback. The role reports to the operations leader, with a first-shift assignment and occasional extended hours or weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/fabrication experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fabrication team to build tooling for the fiberglass industry.
• Maintain a safe work environment and deliver quality products.
• Develop and implement SOPs and training plans.
• Prepare schedules aligned with production priorities and customer demand.
• Communicate updates and production targets to the team.
• Drive continuous improvements and safe work practices.
