Qualifications

• Knowledge of contracts terms and conditions.
• Demonstrated root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Finance, accounting, sales, marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate performance metrics and customer excellence initiatives to achieve high supplier ratings.
• Direct customer communications including written correspondence, teleconferences, and visits to ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Coordinate reviews and action items with functional managers for program status, readiness, and standards.
• Coordinate configuration changes, engineering and production issues with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with contract closure and negotiate termination provisions as needed.
• Lead or participate in new product introductions or significant configuration changes.
