Job summary

Brady Corporation, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, seeks a Manufacturing Team Lead to support coating operations and coordinate with site leadership to align safety, quality, training and productivity goals. The role emphasizes technical troubleshooting and hands-on coaching of the production crew.

You will lead training per the train-the-trainer program, drive Lean Daily Management activities, and ensure effective cross-shift communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment and train others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and overtime flexibility.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related systems.
• Experience leading or developing manufacturing employees.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical troubleshooting support for coating operations.
• Offers regular performance feedback to manufacturing employees.
• Facilitates and delegates crew training per program requirements.
• Leads Lean Daily Management (LDM) activities.
• Supports cross-shift communication and safety, quality, training, productivity, and engineering needs.
• Manages work through defined processes and addresses gaps in procedures.
