Job summary

Pure Fishing in Mendota, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for the RAM shift (5AM–3/4PM). You will monitor operations, adjust processes to improve efficiency, and support the team to meet production standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years related manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, and be capable of lifting, standing, and working in a noisy environment; you will lead shift meetings, coordinate work orders, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects; stand for long periods.
• Participate in Safety Committee and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations to meet production standards.
• Adjust assembly/processes to improve efficiencies.
• Lead shift meetings and coordinate work orders.
• Provide training and support to new employees.
• Maintain 5-S and audits; ensure quality and safety.
• Report issues to Supervisor and maintain good housekeeping.
