Qualifications

• Five years minimum manufacturing experience and supervisory experience is desirable.
• Ability to read machine gauges, blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.

• Troubleshoot shop floor issues collaboratively.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
