Job summary

Snack Innovations is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across production and related roles in our NJ facility. You will partner with leadership, HR, and hiring managers to build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in manufacturing recruiting, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to recruit for hourly and salaried roles.
• Proficient sourcing and candidate evaluation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with leadership and HR to understand staffing needs.
• Recruit for production, technical, administrative, and professional roles.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates.
