Job summary

Rise Baking Company is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition at our Minneapolis headquarters to lead the recruiting engine across ~20 manufacturing sites and corporate teams. You will own full life-cycle recruiting, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with HR and leaders to align staffing with our growth.

This role emphasizes data-driven strategies, compliance with laws, and building relationships with internal stakeholders, universities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent education.
• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with the ability to develop a high-performing team.
• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with social media recruiting.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Expert interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, HRIS (ADP preferred).
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Cultural competency and ability to work with a diverse workforce.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.
• Drive a high-performance culture using data and metrics.
• Manage a portfolio of requisitions, sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for food manufacturing and related sectors.
• Oversee training of hiring managers on recruitment processes and compliance with laws.
• Partner with HR and leaders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored plans.
• Oversee internal job posting process to support internal growth and retention.
