Job summary

Arconic is seeking a Systems Supervisor to lead a multifunctional team within the manufacturing department and to support the Lead Area Manager. The role emphasizes applying Arconic Business Systems principles across material flows and ensuring safe, efficient production.

The successful candidate will manage direct reports, set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and drive process improvements including capital projects. Daytime M-F with occasional off-shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee or refugee).
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to direct reports and supporting personnel.
• Coordinate and implement Arconic Business Systems principles across department processes.
• Lead process improvements, including capital projects.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback with examples.
• Support safety, training, and production initiatives.
