Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of supervisory or project management experience required.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience required.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional maintenance and production teams to meet plant goals while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Set and monitor team performance goals and align production workflow with business objectives.
• Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, and personnel files while providing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and Arconic EEO policies in hiring and promotions.
• Ensure environmental compliance and ISO 14001 standards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor department costs and manage operating supplies within budget.
• Lead team meetings and drive continuous improvement across metrics.
• Engage teams in problem solving and strategic planning to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote use of Human Performance tools.
• Remain flexible with work hours as required.
