Job summary

Archer is seeking a Systems Integration professional to scale production by tightly integrating PLM, ERP, and MES across Teamcenter, SAP, and OpCenter. You will serve as the technical interface between teams, ensuring secure, data-rich connections from shop-floor systems to enterprise platforms.

You will design, configure, and optimize cross-platform data flows, support manufacturing orders and inventory, and drive data integrity and interoperability while conforming to NIST/IEC 62443

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing systems integration.
• Proficiency configuring and integrating Teamcenter, SAP, and OpCenter.
• Industrial protocols knowledge: OPC-UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP.
• Domain experience in automotive, aviation, or discrete manufacturing (MES/MOM).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement hands-on integrations between shop-floor operations and enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, and MES).
• Maintain system architecture documentation, integration plans, and technical roadmaps for scalable manufacturing.
• Configure Siemens Teamcenter PLM to support production requirements, product-data workflows, and engineering change processes.
• Develop and maintain bidirectional integrations between Teamcenter, SAP, and Opcenter to ensure data integrity.
• Configure and support SAP modules to manage manufacturing orders, material movements, and inventory synchronization.
• Troubleshoot and improve system interfaces, data pipelines, and industrial communication protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus).
• Ensure system security via NIST/IEC 62443 standards and provide training to cross-functional teams.
