Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer Co-Op for Spring 2027, a 6-month assignment. The role focuses on digitizing operations, MES learning, and analytics to improve visibility and performance on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with site teams on requirements, testing, training, and post-implementation support, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to model real-world processes in digital, discrete form.
• Strong communication of technical information to stakeholders.
• Experience with databases, data protocols, and visualization tools.
• Currently enrolled and available for 40 hours per week January–June.
• Eligible for co-op participation per university requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive user engagement and adoption of manufacturing systems with site teams.
• Learn MES, process control technologies, and analytics tools.
• Gather feedback, prioritize improvements by business impact.
• Support project delivery through requirements, testing, and training.
• Prepare training materials and user guides for end users.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and process flows.
