Job summary

ATI Materials is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to design, implement, and optimize digital manufacturing systems across our Dallas operations. The role bridges business stakeholders, manufacturing, and technology teams to improve production efficiency, data visibility, and operational performance.

Onsite in Dallas, TX, five days a week, you will drive MES initiatives, integrate with Oracle EBS, LabVantage LIMS, and other shop floor systems, and lead deployments with IT and vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of Business or Systems Analysis experience.
• Experience implementing MES or enterprise applications.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes with stakeholders and gather functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and designs.
• Lead MES implementation and configurations.
• Support integrations with ERP, LIMS, and shop floor systems.
• Develop test plans and lead UAT.
• Create system documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, IT, and vendors.
• Communicate progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders.
