Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC seeks an Application Analyst, Manufacturing to join our Tampa HQ. The role partners with technology teams and business units across planning, sourcing, and manufacturing to deliver scalable digital manufacturing solutions and roadmaps.

You will analyze shop floor systems, MES, and SAP/ERP interfaces, implement enhancements, and help translate operational pain points into concrete requirements while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 3+ years as Product Owner or Senior systems analyst.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects using Agile / Scrum.
• Hands-on experience with core manufacturing systems (ERP/MES/Shop Floor).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of ERP experience interacting with Planning and Manufacturing Execution systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing Manufacturing systems architecture and map data flows between Shop Floor, MES, and SAP/ERP systems.
• Implement system enhancements, change requests and process improvements for Manufacturing.
• Identify technologies to improve business goals aligned with architecture and standards.
• Translate pain points into requirements, manage backlog and define acceptance criteria.
• Develop or facilitate gathering of configuration specs and functional design docs.
• Keep up with industry trends and provide SME guidance to partners.
• Support Supply Chain teams for business applications or infrastructure.
