Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a System Administrator I to support server administration, MES, endpoint support, backup operations, patch management, and daily infrastructure monitoring in a manufacturing technology environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Windows desktop and server experience, basic Linux skills, strong troubleshooting, and a customer-focused approach to IT support; you will work with internal teams, senior staff, and vendors to keep production systems available and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
• Basic Linux administration knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
• Provide first-line infrastructure support for MES and related systems.
• Monitor daily backup jobs and verify backup completion and health.
• Deploy and monitor patching activities; assist with vulnerability remediation.
• Perform daily infrastructure monitoring and respond to system alerts and user-reported issues.
• Troubleshoot workstation hardware/software and provide end-user support.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
