Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring for 2nd/3rd shift to support our corrugated manufacturing operations in New Jersey. The role focuses on assisting machine operators, performing setup tasks, and ensuring quality checks throughout production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support a manufacturing operation to increase productivity; decrease downtime and waste.
• Receive and follow directions from the Operator and/or Supervisor.
• Assist machine operator to set up orders, mount printing and cutting dies, ink adjustments, and ensure quality checks.
• Inspect machine during run and notify Operator when acceptable parts are not being produced.
• Assist in cleanup of equipment and maintain 5S standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
