Job summary

AccuformNMC in Brooksville, Florida is seeking a Manufacturing Support Associate to join our manufacturing value stream. The role involves printing, laminating, cutting, and finishing tasks, with cross-training opportunities across production and shipping.

The position operates on a 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:15pm) and offers an hourly rate of $16.50 plus $1.00 per hour shift differential. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and safety PPE is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and print jobs on printers, including flatbed, hybrid, and roll printers.
• Operate liquid lamination machines to apply coating to signs and sheets.
• Operate roll-to-roll lamination equipment.
• Operate cutting equipment to convert sheets to finished product (signs, tags, labels, banners).
• Perform finishing operations for signs, tags, labels, and banners (drill-press, lasers, round-cornering, hole-punch, press brake).
• Startup/shutdown, cleaning, and daily maintenance on printing, cutting, lamination, and finishing equipment.
• Prepare packages and pallets for shipment.
• Read work orders to understand item specifications, priorities, and workload.
• Maintain raw material inventory levels and ensure quality.
