Job summary

AccuformNMC is seeking a Manufacturing Support Associate for the 1st shift in Hernando County, FL. The role involves setting up printers, running lamination and cutting equipment, and completing finishing steps for signs and labels. You’ll read work orders, manage inventory, and support shipping operations.

This position requires physical stamina, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to wear PPE. Manufacturing experience is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, and handle objects and controls.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Effective communication with team and supervision.
• Must be able to wear safety glasses and PPE as required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printers (flatbed, hybrid, and roll printers).
• Operate lamination machines and cutting equipment to produce signs and labels.
• Perform finishing operations and run related machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and assist with shipping preparation.
• Read work orders and manage daily workload and inventory.
• Participate in LEAN and 5S initiatives and cross-train as needed.
