Job summary

Accuform NMC Brooksville is seeking a Manufacturing Support Associate to support our Brooksville, Florida operations, performing printing, cutting, lamination and finishing tasks within the manufacturing value stream.

The position is for 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11:15pm) with hourly rate of $16.50 plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. This on-site role offers a clean, air-conditioned facility in Hernando County and opportunities for continuous improvement and cross-training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and print jobs on printers (flatbed, hybrid, roll).
• Operate lamination machines to apply coatings to signs and sheets.
• Operate cutting equipment to convert sheets to finished products.
• Perform finishing operations (drill-press, lasers, punch, press brake).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow LEAN/5S practices.
• Train and cross-train in production/shipping areas.
