Job summary

The candidate will work with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes, monitor inventory, and support quality and compliance across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree in business or supply chain management and related experience.
• Three years of related experience in supply chain functions are preferred.
• Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD are valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate procurement process including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and external partners for timely delivery.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Implement and maintain supply chain metrics to track performance.
• Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, quality issues, and inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to develop supply plans.
• Assist in production planning including capacity planning and scheduling.
• Communicate with delivery drivers and coordinate shipping/receiving activities.
• Perform basic inspections and document deviations or non-conformities.
