Global Medical Response, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supply Chain Associate for a full-time role.

You will manage procurement, production planning, and inventory control, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods and services. The position covers supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, logistics coordination, and ongoing performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
• Three (3) years of related experience
• Certifications in planning/inventory or supply chain (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Procurement: supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and partners to ensure timely delivery
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Implement and maintain supply chain metrics to track performance
• Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, quality issues, and discrepancies
• Inventory control: monitor levels, forecast demand, develop supply plans
• Production planning: capacity planning and scheduling
• Shipping/receiving: communicate with drivers and monitor access
• Inspect parts/products for quality and document deviations
• Cross-functional collaboration to address quality concerns and corrective actions
• Continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Assist with budget, resource allocation, and departmental reporting
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
