Job summary

Ultradent Products Inc. in Utah seeks a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to drive process improvement across our Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams.

You will analyze, design, and implement business processes, model current and future states, and lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize workflows and value streams. You will define metrics, report progress, and partner with IT, operations, and planning to scale digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of BPM principles and process design.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement projects.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to document, analyze, and design business processes.
• Model current-state and future-state processes to support transformation efforts.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement opportunities aligned with goals.
• Define, track, and report on key process metrics and performance indicators.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and SMEs to implement improvements.
• Lead projects focused on COGS improvements, including layouts and material flow.
• Support selection and implementation of enterprise software for Manufacturing and SCM.
• Maintain a centralized business process model repository.
