Job summary

Ultradent is seeking a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to drive process improvement across our Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization. You will analyze, design, and implement business processes, translating strategic goals into standardized workflows and end-to-end value stream transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of BPM principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with process analysis, mapping, modeling, and design.
• Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams toward actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to document, analyze, and design business processes across value streams.
• Model current-state and future-state business processes to support transformation efforts.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Define, track, and report on key process metrics and performance indicators.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and other SMEs to implement improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives and drive alignment across manufacturing, logistics, and planning teams.
• Lead projects focused on COGS improvements, factory layouts, material flow, and simulation modeling.
• Participate in selection and implementation of enterprise business systems within Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Support evaluation, scaling, and implementation of SCM software platforms for business value.
• Maintain and develop a centralized business process model repository.
