Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented, hands‑on quality control professional to manage all aspects of the production quality control process, fall‑out, audits and ISO compliance in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You will ensure that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements, achieve stated objectives and meet ISO standards, while communicating effectively with cross‑functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift and oversees 2+ direct reports.
• Supervise the ongoing ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specific products or sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures for the unit.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for the assigned area.
