Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee a department, ensure ISO compliance, and drive quality in a fast-paced production environment. You will manage schedules, coordinate with other teams, and maintain safety and efficiency standards.

Candidates should have at least four years in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Email.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A minimum of four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift - 2 or more direct reports.
• Oversees ISO-compliant, cost-effective manufacture of products or sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.
• Works on problems of moderate scope.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate action.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.
• Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi‑skilled non‑exempt employees.

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands‑on, results‑driven Manufacturing Supervisor with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast‑paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall‑out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.
