Clarios is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to ensure production requirements are met, staffing levels maintained, and safe/clean conditions at the Geneva, IL facility. The role oversees planning and coordinating manufacturing activities to hit goals, with the second shift 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
You will train personnel, maintain positive employee relations, and enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards while driving continuous improvements across the plant.
Under general direction has responsibility for ensuring that production requirements are met, appropriate staffing levels are maintained, employee relations are good, and a safe/clean work environment is maintained. Plans, manages, and coordinates the manufacturing activities to achieve established management goals. The second shift hours are 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday at our Geneva location.
Required Manufacturing Experience #LI-AL1 #LI-ONSITE Geneva – Dry Assembly Plant Geneva, Illinois is home to a Dry Assembly Plant that manufactures batteries used in the automotive and marine industries. As a fully integrated plant, we also decorate our batteries into the final product for our customers. We have been in Geneva since 1960, and today we are one of the largest employers in town with 265 people. We operate six days per week. We are actively involved in our local community and give back through The Salvation Army.
