Job summary

Clarios, LLC, a global battery solutions leader, seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, prepare executive materials, and act as a trusted partner across the leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support ensuring alignment, efficiency, and effective use of executive time
  • Manage challenging calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and balancing competing priorities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense management
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, briefing materials, and executive communications
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing requests with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, and conferences, including logistics, materials, and follow-up on action items
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and commitments to ensure timely execution of business priorities
  • Maintain organized and secure filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion
  • Support internal and external events and special initiatives as assigned
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor expenses, prepare expense reports, and support budget management as applicable
  • Assist with project coordination and ad hoc initiatives to support regional leadership objectives

What you will do

The Executive Assistant provides high-level, administrative and operational support. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and a positive, approachable demeanor, fostering trusted partnerships and smooth collaboration across the leadership team.


How you will do it
