Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Eden Prairie, MN. You will supervise hourly production staff, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with quality and engineering to resolve issues. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and expertise in MS Office.

The position is onsite in Eden Prairie, with travel up to 10% and relocation may be authorized. Base compensation is a six-figure range plus incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Science/Engineering) and 7+ years in Manufacturing, Quality or Supply Chain, in various environments.
• Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED plus 11+ years of relevant Manufacturing/Quality/Supply Chain experience.
• Nine years of Manufacturing/Quality/Supply Chain experience is preferred as an added qualification.
• One year of supervision/people leadership experience is desirable.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders and using MS Office is expected.
