Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide support for Bio-manufacturing operations.
Communicate specific production requirements to manufacturing associates based on module needs.
Lead the setup and execution of manufacturing procedures in compliance with ET and site-specific quality systems.
Mentor and develop manufacturing team members to achieve both business objectives and individual development goals.
Contribute to the timely delivery of clinical and commercial products.
Ensure consistent execution of strategies related to EHS, planning, safetey, quality, cGMP regulations, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 5 years of related biomanufacturing industry experience
