Position Summary

Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor - Night Shift

Reports To: Production Manager

Location: 304 Stonecrest Court, Neenah, WI 54956

Pay: $25/hour bi-weekly

Shift: Monday through Wednesday and every other Thursday from 5pm - 5am with two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch

Bent Tubes LLC is a family owned and operated tube bending company that's been servicing the industry for 25+ years and is continually expanding our headquarters in Neenah, WI and our sister location in Ft Payne, Alabama. We primarily service agricultural, refuse, and defense industries offering high quality metal tube assemblies for hydraulic and structural applications. Job Responsibilities

• Foster a positive and creative work environment
• Train and assist new production employees
• Proactively take steps to reduce defect rates
• Support production employees with machine troubleshooting
• Manage production priorities with front office
• Run machines as required

The night shift supervisor will be required to train on the day shift for 1-2 months to learn from the 1st shift team before being transferred to the night shift.
