Job summary

iRhythm Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

The role partners with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet production goals, supervise staff, and maintain accurate production documentation in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, timeliness, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485 and other medical device regulations.
• Lead and develop manufacturing associates; coach, provide feedback, and recognize performance.
• Execute production plans and adjust staffing to meet daily output requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records, deviations, and maintenance activities.
• Promote continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, and standardized processes.
