Job Duties and Responsibilities

This full time, benefits-eligible role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a dedicated project with an expected duration of 12 months. While the position is limited-term, you'll gain valuable experience and make a meaningful impact throughout the project's timeline. There is potential for further opportunities within the organization upon project completion, though continued employment is not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and monitor assembly production processes
  • Support development and improvement in work instructions
  • Coordinate resources assignments and workstation rotations
  • Training personnel, drive efficiency and quality in processes
  • Drive OHS&E & QA procedures adherence

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years production experience of multi-discipline electronics equipment
  • Minimum 1 years of production leadership experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience from telecom and/or energy products is a merit
  • Undergraduate technical degree or similar experience
  • Certificates in safety, first aid and emergency management is a merit
  • Leader in process management
  • Good communication and cooperation with supervisors and coworkers
  • Have the ability to work independently, take initiatives and lead the team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work shifts
  • Applicants must have assembly production expertise, with supervision experience and be a great team player, yet humble enough to roll up your sleeves and get into the details

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
