Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior manufacturing supervisory or lead experience is required.
• Experience supervising teams across Test, Assembly, Clean Room, and Machining is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing personnel across Test, Assembly, Clean Room, and Machine Shop operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Oversee personnel, processes, equipment, and delivery schedules to maintain on-time production.
• Investigate and implement improvements to processes, workflow, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Control, and Management to evaluate changes and impacts on production.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to maintain equipment and operations.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching for new operators and production staff.
• Ensure documentation and SOPs are followed in manufacturing.
• Monitor and report job status to support continuous improvement.
