Impact Electronic Solutions, Grants Pass location is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to guide the department, enforce policies, and foster a productive culture. You will oversee KPI tracking, develop leads, and drive continuous improvement through training and effective communication.

Responsibilities include reporting to upper management, problem-solving, and maintaining safety and budget adherence. This role requires weekend availability and 40+ hours per week in a single-site setting.

Qualifications

• Must track KPI's (Quality, Delivery, Efficiency).
• Develop area leads by training and delegating authority.
• Develop & retain employees through proper training and effective communication.
• Partake in corrective action for personnel and processes.
• Review and report daily challenges and opportunities.
• Make suggestions on improving the processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KPI's (Quality, Delivery, Efficiency) are being tracked and met.
• Develop area leads by training and delegating authority.
• Develop & retain employees through proper training and effective communication.
• Partake in corrective action as necessary, both personnel and processes.
• Review and report daily challenges and opportunities.
• Make suggestions on improving the processes.
• Attend & host meetings as necessary.
• Prepare reports and status updates to upper management.
• Implement methodologies that promote continuous improvement.
• Create department efficiencies and bring ideas to management.
• Monitor department efficiencies and seek guidance and council from engineering/management.
• Stay within budget guidelines by monitoring performance throughout the manufacturing process and making corrections where necessary.
• Perform & provide timely and thorough employee reviews to Manufacturing Manager or HR
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on PPE, equipment, and appropriate routine housekeeping expectations.
• Communicate & update employees on schedule changes and/or OT requirements in a reasonable amount of time.
• Perform special assignments and other duties as required.
